At FlocCare, we're building the GenAI engine powering healthcare awareness for a billion lives. Think: hyper-personalized content, multi-language reach, omnichannel delivery — across pharma, hospitals, devices, and insurers.

We’re now scaling fast across SG, US, UAE & India, and we are hiring a senior SDE who’s wired for 0→1, scale, and everything in between.

💻 The Stack

Frontend: React.js, Tailwind, TypeScript

Backend: Python (Tornado/Django/Flask), Node.js

Cloud/DevOps: AWS, Docker, K8s, Terraform, CI/CD

DB: Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL

Bonus: TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain, Pinecone

🎯 The Role

• Build fast & deploy — document and communicate.
• Architect systems that scale to millions.
• Lead a lean team of doers — shipping, mentoring, and unblocking.
• Pair with product to turn vague ideas into working products.
• Deploy real features with real impact — in weeks, not quarters.
• Drive the adoption of AI — learn fast, adopt bleeding-edge technology.
• Review code, set direction, and make technical assessments.

You Should Apply If You:

• Have 4+ years building fullstack products — preferably in a startup environment.
• Have led small teams or functioned as a de facto tech lead.
• Believe in shipping over perfection — iterating based on real user feedback.
• Are comfortable with chaos, ambiguity, and MVP-first builds.
• Enjoy owning features end-to-end — from DB schema design to UI polish.
• Have strong opinions, held loosely. You know when to debate and when to move forward.
