We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth and establish strong partnerships, focusing on B2B SaaS and AI solutions. The role will emphasize expanding market presence, building lasting client relationships, crafting go-to-market strategies, and ensuring alignment across internal teams for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Business Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue and market penetration targets in UAE.
    • Identify new business opportunities across industries, focusing on B2B and enterprise SaaS solutions.
  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, focusing on enterprises, SMEs, and organizations looking for AI-driven SaaS solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their pain points and aligning our solutions to their business needs.
    • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging needs in the B2B SaaS and AI solutions space.
    • Stay informed about competitors’ offerings to position our solutions effectively and highlight unique value propositions.
  4. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
    • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both clients and the company.
    • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by closing deals in alignment with company objectives.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and refine go-to-market strategies tailored to client needs.
    • Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and align with market demands.
    • Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue and track business development performance.
  6. Thought Leadership & Networking:
    • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brand visibility and build a network of potential leads.
    • Establish the company as a leader in AI-driven B2B SaaS solutions by contributing insights and expertise in relevant discussions.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS or AI solutions industry related to healthcare.
    • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
    • Existing network and relationships in hospitals, clinic chains, and insurance would be an added advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with AI and digital transformation solutions and their applications in healthcare environments.
    • Hands-on experience with selling SaaS solutions, including understanding of subscription models and cloud-based platforms.
  • Sales & Communication:
    • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to convey complex technical solutions in a way that resonates with business stakeholders.
  • Market Understanding:
    • Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare ecosystem, including key industries and regulatory environments.
    • Proven ability to adapt strategies to the local market and establish a strong foothold.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management.
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in sales, SaaS, or AI-related fields are a plus.
